
Squat Challenge of the Month
This month’s challenge is great for kids (& adults) of all fitness levels and is a fun & progressive way to add a little fitness into your day. Squats are such a great functional exercise that strengthen all the big muscles of the lower body, including your glutes, quadriceps, & hamstrings.
This challenge can easily be done in a classroom, on the playground, or even as a fun homework assignment. It’s a great way to create some movement breaks throughout the day, as you can split up the daily goal number however you would like. The kids will have a great time trying new variations of the squats while improving their strength & fitness. Have fun & let us know how it goes!
