At Rise Girl™, our mission revolves around helping our girls discover JOY in movement. This month we’re excited to introduce a fun fitness challenge – the Core Love Challenge!

This engaging challenge aims to target, strengthen, and balance your core muscles. It’s perfect for kids, families, or even classrooms (imagine a quick study break!).

Choose a repetition or time range (for example, 30 seconds or 1 min), and see if you can complete all the exercises before the month is up.

Your core will definitely appreciate it!

Ali has always had a passion for teaching. When she was just 10 years old, she started a camp for kids in backyard. She planned activities, game and crafts to keep them busy and having fun. As she got older, she got more into health and fitness and became a fitness instructor and personal trainer. She then went on to college to become a teacher and got her Master Degree in Curriculum Development.
