
April Plank Challenge: Strengthen Your Core, One Second at a Time!
Planks are an excellent full-body workout that requires no equipment and is suitable for all fitness levels and age groups.
Begin with a duration of 30 seconds and gradually work your way up to 5 minutes of planking by the end of the month. (Note: You don’t have to complete it all in one go. Feel free to break the longer duration into sets; it still counts.)
This is such a fun challenge to do as a group, and it fosters a spirit of friendly competition and camaraderie in the classroom.
