Rise & Move: 31 Days to a Strong Start

August 03, 20261 min read

Small Steps Build Healthy Habits. Healthy Habits Build Confidence.

As a new school year approaches, students are preparing for new classrooms, new routines, and new opportunities.

It's also the perfect time to build something else: healthy habits.

The best habits don't begin with big changes. They begin with small, consistent choices.

That's the idea behind our Rise & Move Challenge.

For 31 days, students complete one simple movement activity each day. Whether it's a walk, a stretch, dancing, or a quick workout, every challenge is designed to build consistency, not perfection.

Why Movement Matters

Movement does more than strengthen our bodies. It supports focus, boosts mood, reduces stress, increases energy, and helps build resilience.

Just as importantly, every completed challenge reminds students:

"I can do this."

Those small wins begin to shape how they see themselves.

Confidence Grows Through Action

At Rise Girl™ and Rise Guy™, we believe confidence isn't something students either have or don't have. It's something they build.

Every time they follow through on a commitment, even a small one, they're building trust in themselves.

That's why every checkmark on the calendar matters. It's more than a completed activity. It's a promise kept to themselves.

And those promises add up.

One movement challenge each day.

One healthy habit at a time.

Because small steps build healthy habits. Healthy habits build confidence.
