


Our mission is to empower girls by building confidence, community, connection, and healthy habits.
This 6-week program is designed to encourage exercise, healthy body image, positive mindset, nutrition, stress management, friendship and connection.
Each week, the girls will engage in a 75-minute class featuring a unique blend of confidence-building activities and invigorating 30-minute workout sessions.
We spend time each week in our Rise Girl™ Journal, and we focus on self-reflection, celebration and personal growth. What sets Rise Girl™ apart is our commitment to building confidence within the girls, to teaching positive mindset as well as our healthy habit focus of the week.
Now more than ever before, it is so important that our girls have the tools to support their mind and bodies. With the pressures of social media, society, friends, and the pressures they apply to themselves, we want them to feel supported with their healthy self-care habits.

This program session is designed for grades 3rd-5th!
Girls will be groups based on grade level and age to form friendships and bonds with peers.
Rise Girl™ is all about building positive mindset and self-confidence with our amazing girls. Each week we practice this habit.
Together we build positive energy by celebrating successes with self-care. Trying new workouts, foods and doing challenging things!
We practice building the habit of connection to ourselves and gratitude with fun journal prompts and discussion!

Meet Ashley:
Ashley Anderson is a certified ISSA Master Trainer, Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, and Master Health Coach with over 15 years of experience helping individuals build strength, resilience, and confidence through fitness and nutrition. She has worked with athletes and clients of all ages and abilities, focusing on creating personalized training that meets people exactly where they are so they can progress toward their goals with success and joy.
As the owner and head coach of Functional Fitness in Pass Christian, Ashley has dedicated her career to building a supportive community where health, movement, and mindset go hand in hand. She is passionate about teaching others that training is for everyone—and that with the right approach, fitness can be an empowering and sustainable lifestyle.
As a Rise Girl Facilitator, Ashley is excited to bring her passion for movement, health, and confidence to the next generation of girls, equipping them with the skills and mindset they need to thrive both inside and outside the gym.

Founder of Rise Girl™, educator, curriculum expert, life coach, wife and mom to 3 amazing girls!
Ali has always had a passion for teaching. When she was just 10 years old, she started a camp for kids in backyard. She planned activities, game and crafts to keep them busy and having fun. As she got older, she got more into health and fitness and became a fitness instructor and personal trainer. She then went on to college to become a teacher and got her Master Degree in Curriculum Development.
When she decided to leave the classroom after teaching 3rd grade to raise her girls, she got certified in nutrition and life coaching. She started her virtual coaching business while teaching fitness classes and growing the Wembley Club's fitness department.
Ali taught the first version of Rise Girl™ in 2016 to a small group of middle school girls. It wasn't until her own daughters were old enough did she really start to grow the program in 2022 with her friend and fitness partner, Colleen Ryan.
Ali is excited to serve and support girls, girl moms and Rise Girl™ teachers and partners in building confidence, community and healthy habits.
